Berries Romanoff

1/2 Cup Grand Marnier
1 Cup Sour cream
1/2 Pint Vanilla bean ice cream
2 Cup Sweetened whipped cream
1 Pint Raspberries
1 Pint Blueberries
1 Pint Blackberries
1 Pint Loganberries
1 Pint Strawberries; halved
2 Ounce Chocolate curls
2 Tablespoon Chiffonade of mint
Powdered sugar; in a shaker
1/2 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrate
In a mixing bowl, whisk the Grand Marnier and sour cream together. Fold in
the whipped cream. Arrange the berries on a platter. Pour the cream mixture
over the top of the berries. Garnish with the chocolate curls, mint and
powdered sugar. This recipe yields 6 servings.
